Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes — the free tier is free forever. No credit card is required to sign up and we will never charge you for the free tier features.
What happens if I reach the 100 card limit on the free tier?
You will receive a warning when you are approaching the 100 card limit. Once you reach the limit you will not be able to add new cards until you either remove existing cards or upgrade to the Collector tier. Your existing cards and data will never be deleted.
When will the Collector tier launch?
We are actively developing the Collector tier. Join the waitlist above and we will notify you the moment it launches.
Can I cancel my Collector subscription at any time?
Yes — you can cancel your Collector subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers can cancel before their next billing date. Annual subscribers can cancel and will retain access until the end of their paid year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant payment processor.
Will my data be safe if I downgrade from Collector to Free?
Yes — your data is always safe. If you downgrade from Collector to Free your cards and collection data will be preserved. However you will not be able to add new cards beyond the 100 card free tier limit until you upgrade again.
